This film was intended to be an introduction to the world of Topsolid Wood, a part of bigger project. As such, it does not contain any instructions on how to model or run a project in Topsolid. It is a kind of a collection of tips on the author’s itself and also a hint for the viewer.
The concept and mechanics of the “topsolid gate” were created a long time ago, but it was waiting for the right moment. Currently, in the form of an engineer’s path from a monochrome / wire view, through: a scale ruler forest, a well-known river of AutoCAD files (to which the author himself added many, many files), a maze of projects in Topsolid up to the “city, zone behind the river” is a form of memories, reading experiences and a portal to new challenges and concepts.
This zone consists of several directions, like on the board from the movie. Engineers working at Topsolid will surely see a clue – a big seven – which is a wink at Missler. When Topsolid Wood version 7 – new interface? A nod to SpaceX or my Strawberry Co-working office project are directions, one of the possibilities.
All this scenery became of course in Blender. From the sketch of the gate to the disruptions/ ghlith in the final assembly … but this is a topic for another article.
In the assumptions of my project, I wanted to create an object or building with a place for renewable energy. Next to planes on fuel. Units sufficient and cut off from fuel and energy suppliers as much as possible. As you can see below transport from and to airport is by the “Bullet” type train and taxis (electric cars).

Movie about Keijsers Factory in Bochnia – short ride trough our company. Scheme is just an idea of logical blocks. How they work togather, whats is input, how the output is create? Last question – “Where do we go now ?” – it’s our main thought to look into future, to make company get stronger, to be one step further befefore our competition.
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – 7 minutes movie about Topsolid Planner – software wchich is give us possibility to create shops or other rooms filled with our furnitures taken from library. Elier prepared models with description in fast an easy way we put into scene , but thats not all. On base of that we generate Quote – raport in pdf and XML data. Here we can also see system working behind it – see what is going on with information.
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – bathroom ptototype wchich is assembled from modules. Doors without one constrain allow to move them. Two drafts – first one is total assembly ( main details on front ) and exploded view with all modules / components.
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – intresting project and intresting material: CHROMA company 3M. First photos present bar made of two rings with island in the middle. Whole construction was made from plywood, covered with stainlees steel, powder coated steel and glass. Topsolid documentation show us modular construction and way, order of assemble.
Rest of photos present Counter made of melamine cover in total with CHROMA from company 3M from US. On one of drafts we can see order of assemble CHROMA modules and their production drawings. On base of those drawings company 3M creat for us shapes which we assemble on place in Rotterdam.
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – huge project which we have on production and in engineer office for over year. Here I show only very small part – two shapes from restaurant part of building. Main material use in project was veneered mdf with scratches – produced specially for this project. Island builded from modules – with standardized components (option Activate / Deactivate, Drivers, process ).
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – project of lot strange angles. Intresting shapes but dificult to make models – not just shapes. We also need to get normal draft of construction and draft / drawing of each element separatly. Thanks to that we receive all angles of element and as You can see it was big adventure for production to cut it manually. We didn’t use CAM because of 4 axis machine only ( that time we have only 4 axis ). Each edge have diffrent angle. Shape wasn’t the problem. Here we can see only part of this project, in real there was a lot more furniture’s – each with diffrent, but characteristics side angle and colors. In this case INDEX of element ( driven by sticker trough production ), good draft with separate drawing for each element and assembly drawing with lot of views was a key to assembly furnitures quick and correctly. To avoid to many problems in modeling all sharp edges have no radius 25mm. Information about that was clear for everyone, but to make laif easier we did’t add it on drawings – only as a remark.
Project of Keijsers Interior Projects – service unit which contain at the end lot of electronics. Made of melamine and Corian, with steel elements. Everything is made from separate components and assembled together. Specially for this projects we create two types of flat documentation. First one – was for production – to make all modules ( at the end it’s 5 modules to assemble together ), the other one was an Instruction of assembly ( step by step how to assemble whole furniture for anyone ).
